Service Warranty – Flooring Installation

1 - Service Warranty

This document certifies that Marcal Services provides a 1-year warranty from the completion date of the flooring installation, covering the installation workmanship provided to the client.

2. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers installation-related issues only, including:

• Lifting or separation of vinyl or laminate flooring;

• Improper alignment or leveling;

• Visible flaws in finishing;

• Unusual noises or loose boards in hardwood flooring due to installation;

• Poorly applied grout or uneven tile placement.

3. Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid only if the flooring is properly maintained, following the care instructions provided for each flooring type, including but not limited to:

• Avoiding harsh cleaners, waxes, or improper chemical products;
• Not using excessive water or steam mops on vinyl, laminate, or hardwood floors;

• Maintaining proper indoor humidity and temperature levels;

• Not dragging furniture without protection or using furniture pads;

• Cleaning spills immediately;Using mats in high-traffic areas;

• Following all specific maintenance instructions per product type.

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, negligence, or accidents;

• Structural issues in the subfloor, moisture infiltration, or rising damp;

• Damage caused by third parties after installation (moving, remodeling, etc.);

• Issues from installations or modifications done by others;

• Damage from inappropriate cleaning products or methods;

• Natural wear and tear from time or heavy use.

5. How to Request Warranty Support

To request warranty service within the coverage period, the client must contact us by email or phone, providing the invoice number and a description of the issue.

6. Final Terms

This warranty is valid only upon presentation of the service invoice and signature of this document by both parties.

The warranty will not be renewed or extended beyond the 12-month period.
